In an increasingly busy time, many Americans wonder how to build a happy life, achieve success
in work and relationships, and reduce stress. On September 26th in Manhattan, celebrated
philosopher Swami A. Parthasarathy will answer exactly these questions at a rare public
appearance entitled, the Law of Karma.
Free and open to the public, this event will share insights from Vedanta, an ancient philosophy
that empowers people to achieve lifelong success. Parthasarathy has devoted his life to teaching
practical applications from Vedanta, helping people find happiness in their life and work.
Grounded in the notion of refining one’s intellect, and mastering self-management before trying
to manage others, this philosophy has allowed him to work steadily for six decades, without
breaks or unhappiness. He has also maintained the same weight and fitness level for 60 years. He
advises international leaders, athletes and business executives on combining success with peace.
“Living is an art, a skill,” he says. “You need to learn and practice it as you would play a
musical instrument or fly an aircraft.”
After earning degrees in literature, science, and law, he renounced a shipping business to dedicate his life to study, research and promotion of Vedanta.
