Intuitive Sue Frederick will lead the workshop Your Divine Lens: Secrets to Finding Purpose and Living in Alignment with Your Soul, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., November 13, at New York Open Center.

Frederick believes we are all highly evolved souls, but life’s challenges often cause us to forget our true purpose and lose touch with our “inner guidance.” In this workshop, she will help participants realign with their souls’ mission and realize that challenges can empower us and pain can fuel our greatest progress.

“We will learn how to quiet the mind with mantras so we can hear our inner wisdom, reframe our perspective so we can use our personal traumas as fuel to reach our full potential, and decipher our life’s purpose and potential by using a variety of esoteric divinatory tools, such as astrology, soul path numbers and nine-year reinvention cycles,” she says.
