The videos can be saved for use as quick exercises when needed. Movement videos include Chair Yoga, with Lakshmi Volker; Breathing 1,2,3, with Jean McClelland; and Yoga for Anxiety, with Amy Weintraub. Mindfulness videos include Tapping for Stress Relief, with Jackie Simek, and Tips for Anxiety Relief, with Melissa Tiers. Inspirational videos include Resilience Practices for the Frontline, from Joan Borysenko, and Finding Inspiration in Trying Times, from Dan Millman. The toolkit also includes links to articles on wellness and self-care. To explore the toolkit or donate to this initiative, visit NewYorkersForNewYork.org/toolkit.
