The general format of this workshop will be as follows:

- We'll start out by coloring a page from the book "When Dogs Fly", to relax our mind and bodies.

- Then we'll gently transition to a deep meditation. This can create a profound shift for you.

- The workshop will conclude with an energy healing of each attendee. Olga Horvat, a color light therapist, will send positive vibrations throughout your body releasing blockages and tension held in mussels, joints and vital organs.
