Nestled in the heart of the Hudson Valley, this unique destination offers innovative educational experiences and Rest & Rejuvenation Retreats for adults. Based in Rhinebeck, New York, campus is open seasonally from late May through October. Participants come from near and far to take part in a wide variety of workshops and retreats, led by world-class teachers.

Omega’s 250-acre campus features a Wellness Center (offering massage, facials, acupuncture and more), and the grounds include a waterfront for kayaking and row boating, tennis and pickleball courts, woodland hiking trails, and gardens. It’s also home to one of the greenest buildings in the world, the Omega Center for Sustainable Living (OSCL), an environmental education center and water reclamation facility, where guests become part of a closed loop hydrological system and experience the future of sustainability first hand.

Omega’s all-inclusive accommodations package provides options for every budget, from campsites to dorms to private rooms. Also included in your stay are farm-to-table meals, use of amenities, and optional classes in yoga, tai chi, and meditation.*Note workshop tuition is not included in the accommodations package.
