Vibrant at Any Age
Sep 29, 2019 ● By Michael LehrmanBy Lisa VanOstrand
According to Barbara Brennan, best-selling author and founder of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, anything that happens in the physical body happens in our energy fields first. The human energy field, or aura, contains our personality. When our personality is freed from blockages, we can live life to its fullest, with joy and enthusiasm.
The Barbara Brennan School of Healing teaches that the human energy field is composed of seven distinct levels (or layers) of frequency. Each level’s frequency range goes all the way through and extends from the physical body. The higher the frequency range of the level, the farther it extends from the body. These levels are not discrete; rather, each one penetrates the other layers.
Let’s look
briefly at each of these seven levels of the energy field and how it
contributes to our vibrancy.
Levels 1 to 4
Level 1, which is most connected with the physical body, looks like a mesh of bright-blue lines of light. When the lines of light on the first level are dull and broken, the person needs to pay more attention to his or her physical health. Some simple ways to improve the first level are through diet, movement and hydration.
Level 2 is our feelings about ourselves. It should be full of cloud-like colors of vibrant red, orange, yellow, green, sky blue, dark blue and white. When these colors are dark or muted, the person may be experiencing a great deal of negativity or chronically low self-esteem. Lack of self-love is a significant causative factor in diseases.
Level 3 is our mental and rational thoughts.
It should look like a mesh of bright-yellow lines of light. When our third
level is dull or broken, our thoughts might be habitually confused or scattered.
A bright third level is created when our thoughts are clear and focused.
Level 4 is all about our relationships with
others—pets as well as people. The fourth level is composed of bioplasma, a
denser form of energy than clouds. With all the vibrant colors of the second
level, but infused with the rose color of love, the fourth level is important for
creating and maintaining healthy relationships that nurture us.
Note how Levels 1 through 4 interconnect: Any
toxic relationships we are involved will affect how we feel and think about
ourselves.
Levels 5 to 7
Levels 5 to 7 hold our connection to different aspects of the divine. It is on these levels that we experience divine will, divine love and divine mind.
Level 5, a cobalt-blue field of space, holds
the energetic template for the first level. It is also associated with divine
will, which is best understood when aligned with our personal will. This
alignment allows us accept that there is a greater order in the universe and
peace no matter what is happening.
Level 6 is
full of beautiful, opalescent rays of light. In Level 6, we can experience the
divine love that runs through the universe. We can open ourselves to experience
this unconditional love in many ways—through an interaction with a child, by seeing
a beautiful nature scene or even during deep meditation. When this level is
vibrant, we are able to deeply love every aspect of life.
Level 7 should
look like a mesh of bright-golden lines of light. It holds the karmic
influences for this lifetime; when this level is strong, we feel that there is
a plan for us in this incarnation. The seventh level is also our connection to
divine reason. That’s where we find divine inspiration for our creations.
A Reflection of Our Vibrancy
The human
energy field is a reflection of our vibrancy. Physical vitality, emotional
self-love, mental clarity, good relationships and highly tuned spiritual
energies will result in a larger, brighter and more radiant aura, which will
allow us to create and attract a more fulfilled life.
At
the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, each year is dedicated to specific
explorations of these seven levels of the human energy field. Students learn
hands-on energy healing, psycho-spiritual explorations that support
personal transformation, self-healing exercises to regulate the energy field, and
techniques to sense the world and ourselves differently. They also experience the
joy of the creative process.
The
Barbara Brennan School of Healing has been in existence for more than 35 years
and is one of the premier schools in the exploration of energy consciousness
and personal transformation. Beginning in October, it will host a Year 1-only
regional training at Balance Arts Center, in Manhattan, led by senior faculty
member Joy Adler. There is also a four-year school in Florida and another Year
1-only regional training in Berkeley, California. For more information, visit
