The Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH) will present a one-day experiential workshop April 22 and again April 23 based on Barbara Brennan’s book Light Emerging: The Journey of Personal Healing. Both sessions will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 34 West 28th Street, 3rd Floor.

Lisa Van Ostrand, BBSH faculty member and editor of Brennan’s new book, Core Light Healing, will facilitate. The cost is $125.

“In this workshop, we will look at the imbalances in each level of the energy field that may contribute to the disease process,” Ostrand says. “Each level has needs that must be met for us to live a healthy, fulfilled life. Through an objective evaluation of each level, as well as understanding our personal dynamics at each level—which may be operating unconsciously—participants will have a greater understanding of the energy field and its role in the disease process.”

Using Brennan’s model of the four dimensions of the energy field and examples of real-life cases, participants will learn where they are energetically blocked, and healing tools, exercises and meditations to augment traditional therapies, enabling them to have an active role in their own healing process, Ostrand says.
