Psychic and medium Joan Carra has been invited to read and teach at the A.R.E. of N.Y. Edgar Cayce Center. Named for Edgar Cayce, known as “America’s sleeping prophet” for his well-documented cases of successful predictions and healings, the center offers information on Cayce’s legacy and offers a variety of classes in metaphysical studies.

Beginning July 9 from 4 to 7 p.m., Carra will be at the center’s monthly Psychic Fairs as a reader and lecturer. She also can be booked for private and group sessions at the center. On July 13 from 7 to 9 p.m., she will teach Intro to Numerology there, and on July 27 from 7 to 9 p.m., she will teach Talking to Animals Intuitively.

Carra has been a psychic for more than 20 years, and her spiritual counseling has been recognized in six books, including the first edition of The 100 Top Psychics in America, Psychic New York and The Rational Psychic. She has been interviewed in WAG Magazine, the Wall Street Journal and the Daily News, in which she predicted the flooding of New York City.
