Renowned Teachers Will Lead Eastover Workshops

Li Junfeng, Mantak Chia and Lee Holden are among the many highly regarded teachers slated to lead 2016 workshops at Eastover Estate and Retreat, a 600-acre holistic sanctuary in Lenox, Massachusetts. “Eastover is quickly becoming a major training and retreat center in the Berkshires,” says founder YingXing Wang. “We’re honored to host these world-renowned teachers.”

Li Junfeng will teach “Sheng Zhen Gong: The Qigong of Unconditional Love.” This practice is designed to open the heart, bringing joy, strengthening the body and calming the mind and emotions. “This practice creates a state of deep inner peace, love and harmony with the universe,” Wang says. “The power of love affects the environment and is the best medicine.”

Mantak Chia is a world leader in teaching the Universal Healing Tao system, which is rooted in the ancient healing traditions of Taoism from China, Wang says. “His teachings on ‘The Microcosmic Orbit’ and ‘Sexual Alchemy’ are based on the transformation of sexual energy into the original form of qi for health and inner development,” she says. Lee Holden is an internationally known instructor in meditation, tai chi and qigong. He’s also known in the United States and Canada for his PBS series teaching the art of increasing vitality and reducing stress.
