Reflections Center for Yoga & Conscious Living Announces New Space in Gramercy

Screen shot 2014-09-30 at 5.14.21 PMReflections Center for Yoga & Conscious Living has relocated to a new space in Gramercy after five years at 250 W. 49th Street near Times Square. The new space, at 227 E. 24th St. (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues), opened in September with classes by donation and will resume regular classes on October 1. They will be hosting an Open House on October 11 and 12, with a weekend of free yoga classes, spa treatments and light bites.

Reflections is not just a typical yoga studio, but a center for conscious living. It’s a place where you can take dance lessons, cooking classes, receive spiritual counseling, get a rejuvenating massage, participate in workshops on intimacy and relationships, and experience a variety of other wellness services. It is truly a place where body, mind and soul come together.

The new 3,000-square-foot duplex features three large yoga studios, which can be converted into event spaces; a full kitchen and lounge; private healing rooms for massage, meetings or private yoga sessions; floor-to-ceiling windows; two showers; two bathrooms; changing rooms; and even a Zen garden.

Paula Tursi, Owner of Reflections, promised to offer the same attentive, educational and caring classes the center has been known for, and is also excited to be developing an extensive offering of wellness events, featuring locally, regionally, and nationally known experts. The new location will be both a local yoga studio and a resource for the cutting edge in healing, wellness, and movement.
