A new food cart catering to dogs hits parks and dog runs on the Upper West Side this Memorial Day weekend through the end of August 2013.  Now pups can enjoy a cool treat during the warm summer months thanks to Yappy Treats Cart™, an all-natural gourmet frozen yogurt dog treat company in NYC. The company’s Dogfroyo™ brand of frozen yogurt treats for dogs is sold locally at pet stores, special events, and now parks and dog runs.
